Lamb Loin Chops

River Valley Meadows' bone-in loin chops are a delicacy.

Just like our beef, our lamb are raised in the purest form with no medicine, hormones, vaccines, and fields free of fertilizer. 

Of the many ways to cook lamb chops, we prefer just the simple recipe of butter, garlic, and thyme.   

Our loin chops weigh anywhere from 0.75 lbs - 1 lb and we sell by the pack. 

Each pack of loin chops comes with two bone-in chops.
